It was the festival of colors today "Holi" and like always everyone had an awesome time. On this day people splash colors on each other and dance on the beats of a "Dhol". This is the best time for teenagers to have fun with water and colors and ride bikes breaking all traffic rules. Boys and girls in groups have fun throwing water balloons at each other, roaming around coloring random people. The best part is that even if you wet someon who you dont know he/she won't mind because everyone knows it's "Holi". So if there's a special someone that you wanna have fun with or someone that you wanna take revenge with......this is the oppurtunity of a lifetime. :)
Well apart from that this is a great time for brothers and sisters and other family members to strenthen the bond of love between them as it is not just a festival for teens but also for people of all age groups.
And another thing that adds to all the fun is lot of drinking. Boys have some hard drinks and roam around hooting and throwing colors on bikes, cars, jeeps etc. And wherever they find some music or dholi, they stop and start dancing whether it's the street or a park. Ofcourse they don't mean any harm so the residents don't really mind. So basically guys and gals have fun in the best way they can.
Well that's all about the festival we call "Holi". And I don't know about you but I had fun. Enjoy.
